Culcheth Tennis Club

Culcheth Tennis Club is a Section of the Culcheth Sports Club. If you wish to play tennis at the club it is first necessary to become a member of Culcheth Sports Club. This is not expensive and details can be found on the Membership page of this website.
We have four, well maintained artificial grass tennis courts, which are at the Sports Club grounds and are available for use all year round. At certain times these courts are also available for casual use by non-members of the Tennis Club, as long as they are Culcheth Sports Club Members, and on payment of court fees, which are detailed below.
The Tennis Club has 12 teams playing in the Cheshire Leagues at various levels. There are 4 Mens, 4 Ladies and 4 Mixed Teams. Ladies matches are played on Tuesday evenings and Mens and Mixed matches on Thursday evenings throughout the season which runs from April to September.
Only Senior, Student & Junior Tennis Club members are eligible to play for these teams on a regular basis.

The Club holds practice nights during the season as follows:
Men Monday 6.30pm until dark
Ladies Friday 6.30pm until dark

Every Sunday morning from 10am is mixed social tennis, and the first Sunday of each month at 2pm we have mixed round robin tennis. These sessions give new Club members the opportunity to meet other members, and join in friendly doubles games.
